ScrubaDub Car Wash & Auto Detailing Center (Brookline)

Reasonably convenient location but a pretty old car wash, and they are also really slow and inefficient. Because they only take payments and membership sign-ups from the front of the line rather than from inside, the whole line gets held up for several minutes at a time when it should just be a quick run through the wash. The car wash itself is pretty old and I find it doesn’t do a great job getting off bird droppings, so I often need to go through twice.

Went for the first time with my partner and had a wonderful experience thanks to Jeffrey. He was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this car wash and Jeffrey for his excellent customer service. Looking forward to returning soon.

I can’t even give this place 1 star. Please trust this review and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 15 day old car, a black Mazda that this car wash has completely scratched up. Better yet, they won’t even take responsibility for it. The detailer even said himself he sees this ALL the time here. Our brand new car is scratched from the front to the back. TRUST ME - DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

They scratched my brand new car (30 days old) first car wash and are saying they are not responsible. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH.

Hi, so I just took my car there and paid for the wash with undercarriage and it’s a sunny day. Roads are dry and if you look at the wheel wells and the entire under side of the car and there’s still salt everywhere. Clearly, this place under performs and we have to take it sometime somewhere else. Complete waste of money and absolutely not worth it. It’s good for cleaning your paint, but if you really care about all the mechanicals and undercarriage I would look elsewhere.
